Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, within 14 days from the day following the receipt of the products.
  • Withdrawal Period for Multiple Purchases: In the case of multiple purchases made with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the last product.
  • Communication of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a written communication to GrowLab by email at sales@growlabstore.com, indicating the order number, the buyer’s name, and an explicit statement of withdrawal. Alternatively, the standard withdrawal form available at the following link may be used: Withdrawal Form.
  • Refund of Shipping Costs: If the withdrawal concerns the entire order, GrowLab will also refund the standard shipping costs paid by the customer to receive the products. Return shipping costs, however, will be borne by the customer.


2. Return

  • Return Procedure: The customer must return the product to the address indicated via email, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the shipment is made within the 14 days.
  • Return Costs: Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the products are defective or incorrect (see sections 4 and 6).
  • Return Conditions: Returned products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documents. The customer is responsible for the shipment until it is received by GrowLab.


3. Payment Refund

  • Verification and Refund: Once the return is received and the integrity of the products is verified, GrowLab will process the refund within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of shipment are received.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For payments made by bank transfer, the customer must provide their bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, BIC).


4. Return of a Defective Product

  • Legal Warranty: The products sold are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. If the product shows a conformity defect within the first 6 months from purchase, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. After 6 months, the customer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of purchase.
  • Procedure for Returning a Defective Product: The customer must report the defect to GrowLab via email, indicating the issue and attaching photos or videos if necessary. If the return is approved, GrowLab will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return costs.
  • Replacement or Refund: The customer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the product. If this is not possible, GrowLab will offer a partial or full refund, depending on the product’s condition.


5. Return for Other Justified Reasons

  • Request for Extraordinary Return: If the customer wishes to return a product for reasons other than withdrawal or defect, they must contact GrowLab to evaluate the case. Acceptance of the return is at GrowLab’s discretion, and, if approved, return costs will be borne by the customer.


6. Return for Damaged Package upon Delivery

  • Procedure for Damaged Package: If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer must refuse delivery or accept it with reservation, specifying the issue to the courier.

If the package is accepted without reservation and damages to the products are discovered later, GrowLab cannot guarantee a refund, except in specific cases where the carrier’s responsibility is proven.


7. Complaints

  • Submitting a Complaint: For any complaints, the customer may contact GrowLab by email at info@growlabstore.com. A response will be provided within 5 business days.
