Terms and conditions of the service

Welcome to growlabstore.com, the website operated by Atlas Green Trade S.L.U., with registered office at Calle de Pau Claris, 163 3 - 08037 Barcelona (Barcelona), Spagna, NIF: B75858944, registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.growlabstore.com and the purchase of products offered through it.

 

1. Purpose

This document regulates the distance selling of products available on the site, in compliance with current Spanish and European legislation on e-commerce and consumer protection (Ley 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce – LSSICE, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the consolidated text of consumers and users, EU Regulations 2019/770 and 2019/771).

 

2. Users

The purchase of products is strictly reserved for customers of legal age, residing within the European Union. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

 

3. Registration

To make purchases, the customer may register by creating a personal account or purchase as a guest. The information provided must be truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The customer is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

 

4. Products

All products for sale are accurately described in the relevant product sheet. Images are indicative and may not perfectly represent the actual appearance. Some items are prohibited for minors under 18: confirmation of age will be required for purchase.

 

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT according to European distance selling regulations (OSS - One Stop Shop). Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed on the site and include credit/debit cards and other electronic systems.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made to all countries within the European Union. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 2 and 7 business days. Orders are processed within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment, except in cases of force majeure.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify it in writing via email to info@growlabstore.com, specifying the order number. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery.

 

8. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity, pursuant to EU Regulation 2019/771. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer is entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund.

 

9. Liability

Atlas Green Trade S.L.U. is not responsible for any damages resulting from the improper use of purchased products. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the applicable legislation in their country regarding the possession and use of the products.

 

10. Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile within the European Union. It is possible to resort to alternative dispute resolution systems through the European Commission’s ODR platform:

12. Changes to the Terms

Atlas Green Trade S.L.U. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site and will apply to orders placed thereafter.
