Tracking Details: We rely on specialized couriers for the shipment of our products. By purchasing through our e-commerce, you will have the opportunity to receive the product directly at your home within the timeframes and methods defined during the order process.
Order Tracking: Each order can be tracked using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment. You will receive detailed information about the courier used and a link to monitor the shipment in real time.
2. Delivery
Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on destination, package weight, and other relevant factors.
Transport Organization: GrowLab will arrange the transport of products to the address provided by the registered user. Products will only be shipped to the enabled areas, which will be specified during the order process.
Responsibility During Delivery: Responsibility for the integrity of the package and products will transfer to the user upon delivery.
Dispute Procedures: At the time of delivery, the user must check that the packaging is intact. In case of damage to the packaging and/or products, the user must immediately contest the damage by placing a written reservation on the courier’s delivery document, specifying the reason for the reservation. For anomalies found in the products, the user must contact GrowLab by writing to info@growlabstore.com or through the "Contacts" section, indicating the anomaly and attaching photographic evidence documenting the damage.
Delays and Force Majeure: GrowLab assumes no responsibility for delays that may occur during transport. Furthermore, GrowLab shall not be held responsible for losses, damages, errors, or non-delivery caused by force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances. Such events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall), strikes (whether by its employees or others), transportation accidents, explosions, or other similar causes. These events must be beyond GrowLab’s control and not attributable to the company, preventing or hindering the total or partial execution of the contract.
3. Failed Delivery
Return and Refund Policy: The registered user acknowledges and accepts that, if it is not possible to deliver the products due to their absence (or that of another designated person) at the time of delivery, the purchased products will not be removed from the order and the corresponding amount will not be refunded to the user.
Refused Delivery or Incorrect Address: If the delivery is returned to GrowLab due to an incorrect address, wrong postal code, or other incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to arrange a new delivery.
